Harbour Island Acquisition Corp. I said on Oct. 13, 2026, that it had set terms for an initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 apiece, for gross proceeds of $100 million, TradingView reported.
The underwriters received an option, good for 45 days, to buy as much as 1.5 million more units to cover over-allotments, which would raise the total if exercised in full.
Buyers of each unit receive a Class A ordinary share together with a warrant that can be redeemed. The warrant entitles the holder to buy one more share at $11.50, a level that may be adjusted.
The units were expected to start trading on Nasdaq on Oct. 14, 2026, under the ticker HRIAU. The shares and the warrants are due to split off and trade on their own under HRIA and HRIAW.
The company said the offering was expected to close on Oct. 15, 2026. Clear Street acted as sole book-running manager.
