Tractor Supply Company said Fahim Siddiqui will take over its technology and digital operations as executive vice president and chief technology and digital officer, starting October 26, 2026, according to Hardware Retailing.

Siddiqui will report to Hal Lawton, Tractor Supply's president and chief executive, and take a seat on the retailer's executive committee. His remit covers technology infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity and online sales, with a mandate to build out systems used by store employees and shoppers and to support the chain's growth plans.

He arrives from The Home Depot, where he was chief information officer from April 2022 to May 2025. He had joined that company in December 2018 as senior vice president for information technology, and oversaw technology and cybersecurity across platforms used in online retail, marketing, merchandising, supply chain and data analytics.

Earlier in a career spanning more than 30 years, Siddiqui held senior posts at Staples, Vidyo and Intralinks, founded technology companies and worked in technology leadership in the communications and energy sectors.

Lawton said the incoming executive combines technical depth with retail and business experience, adding that technology matters to how the company serves customers and supports staff.
