GCubed Enterprises LLC said on Oct. 13, 2026 that it had acquired RightDirection Technology Solutions LLC, a contractor that sells information technology and cyber work to federal agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement, distributed by PR Newswire.
RightDirection will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary based on the terms described by the buyer, keeping its prime contracts, past performance record, customers and employees in place during the transition.
GCubed, based in Stafford, Virginia, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that has sold IT and cybersecurity services to federal customers for more than 12 years. The company said the purchase widens its technical offerings and agency relationships and improves its ability to bid on larger programs, part of a strategy that pairs organic growth with selective acquisitions.
The acquired business adds contract vehicles, agency ties and security-cleared staff, according to the announcement.
Vernon Green Jr., chief executive of GCubed Enterprises, said the combination makes the company "a stronger partner to the agencies we serve" and said the deal extends GCubed's reach into additional federal organizations.
