Kohler Co. has named Nina Kohler chief executive of its hospitality division, the plumbing and hospitality group said on October 13, 2026, according to HOTELS Magazine. She will oversee strategy, growth, talent and guest experience across properties in Kohler and Green Bay, Wisconsin; Chicago; and St. Andrews, Scotland.

Kohler had advised the hospitality business as a consultant and strategic adviser for the past four years, working with its leadership on strategy, brand positioning and design.

The appointment lands in the middle of a multi-year spending program at the company's Wisconsin resort complex. Completed or current work includes a renovation of the Kohler Waters Spa, the conversion of The Carriage House into an adults-only wellness property with 55 redesigned rooms, the relaunch of Woodlake Market as a food hall featuring regional producers, and The Serve, a year-round racquet complex with indoor pickleball and outdoor platform tennis.

A later phase calls for 66 additional rooms and suites at the Inn on Woodlake; Bucks & Birdies, a venue with golf and racing simulators, duckpin bowling and dining; and Purebred Farm, a 14-hole course designed by King Collins Dormer west of Blackwolf Run, named for the company's former cattle operation.

"I have called this community home for more than thirty years," Kohler said.

She also sits on the board of Old Course Ltd., chairs PGA REACH and is a trustee of Vanderbilt University.
