Anthropic is preparing to go public in the middle of November 2026 and wants its shares trading ahead of the US Thanksgiving holiday on November 26, Crypto Briefing reported. The company has not disclosed a ticker symbol or an exchange.
Anthropic PBC, the maker of the Claude chatbot and a public benefit corporation founded by former OpenAI executives, submitted a draft S-1 registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 1, 2026, according to the report. An earlier plan to list in September 2026 was pushed back, and the schedule could shift again depending on market conditions and the timing of the US midterm elections.
Market expectations place a potential valuation at $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion, with a raise of $75 billion to $100 billion, the report said. Anthropic's 2025 revenue was estimated at roughly $4.6 billion, compared with $386 million in 2024. The company has reported large net losses, including a $42 billion figure tied to accounting adjustments, which investors will examine once a full prospectus is filed.
On the prediction market Polymarket, traders had the symbol $ANT as the front-runner at about 44% on October 24, 2026, with a later reading of 65%.
