Beyond Oil Ltd. said on October 13, 2026 that Joe Colligan will become chief executive of Beyond Oil USA Inc., its wholly owned American operating subsidiary, starting October 26, 2026.
Colligan will answer to the parent company's board and is charged with building up sales across North America, selling directly to large fast-food and sit-down restaurant groups and grocery chains while widening the company's network of distributors, according to a company statement carried by Stock Titan.
He has worked in food industry sales for more than three decades. Colligan spent 15 years at McCain Foods, where he was vice president of sales for national and strategic accounts in North America, and close to 10 years at Unilever Ice Cream as vice president of retail sales for the region. He most recently held a senior vice president post in sales and business development at OSI Group. He holds a business administration degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Michael Nemirow, the company's president for North America, will help with the handover and then shift to an advisory position.
Beyond Oil, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, sells oil-management technology for commercial fryers and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under BOIL and over the counter in the United States as BEOLF. Chief executive and co-founder Jonathan Or said the company is "ready to accelerate."
